The Marketo Jobs Report: August 2026
Marketo skills show up across a surprisingly wide range of marketing roles. Employers may be hiring dedicated marketing automation specialists, but Marketo experience is also requested in demand generation, campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and broader marketing operations positions.
That makes the Marketo job market useful to look at beyond individual job titles. For candidates, the opportunity is often not simply to be a "Marketo expert," but to combine platform knowledge with skills such as campaign execution, automation, analytics, lead management, CRM integration, and revenue operations.
MKTOJobs recorded 91 newly published jobs from 66 companies during August 2026. Of these, 25 were explicitly remote, representing 27.5% of the sample — more than one in four jobs.
The United States was the largest identifiable hiring market with 38 openings, followed by India and Canada. The roles also skewed relatively senior: 51.6% were classified at Manager level, while another 17.6% were Senior roles and 14.3% were Director positions.
The platform data also highlights how interconnected modern marketing technology stacks have become. Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot all appeared across the vacancies analyzed, suggesting that employers frequently value broader marketing automation experience alongside knowledge of a specific platform.
Below, we break down the companies hiring Marketo talent, where those jobs were located, how many were remote, the seniority employers were looking for, and which marketing platforms appeared most often in job descriptions.
United States was the largest identifiable hiring market with 38 openings. The most frequently repeated exact title was "Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Franchises," appearing 4 times.

What candidates can take from the data
Candidates should look for skills that recur across different titles, decide whether employers favor generalists or platform specialists, and compare available inventory with their preferred location and seniority. A strong strategy is to combine a recognizable specialization with a transferable capability such as analytics, lifecycle design, automation, data quality, or commercial operations.
